The Goodwin team was led by Nathan Hagler, Dylan Major, Emma Jones, Joe Kitaj, Kelsey Lemaster, Kyle Pine, Kevin Lam, JB Schiller, Michelle Wong, Jonathan Ng, Jacqueline Klosek, Monica Patel, Morgan Frisoli, Austin Fahnestock, April Sun and Laura Conway. Further coverage of the deal appears in Axios and TechCrunch.
