Rumble Closes Acquisition of Northern Data Image: Primary
Rumble closed the acquisition of Northern Data AG, a provider of AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Rumble now owns approximately 85.2 percent of Northern Data's outstanding shares. The transaction provides Rumble with over 200 MW of unmonetized energy capacity. Rumble gains immediate access to one of Europe's largest independent GPU estates, which includes roughly 22,000 high-end NVIDIA H100 and H200 GPUs. Northern Data increased its full-year revenue outlook by approximately 30 percent. The company now expects to deliver revenue in the range of 170 to 190 million euros. GPU utilization reached approximately 85 percent in March 2026. Rumble now controls roughly 250 MW of energized and planned power capacity across ten data centers. Almost all of the capacity is expected to come online by 2027. Four of the data centers are owned by the company. The acquisition includes a multi-year agreement with Together AI. Rumble also gains Rumble Cloud's CPU-based compute, storage, and network assets. Rumble introduced a new business unit and legal name, RUM Group Inc., effective June 18, 2026. RUM Group Inc. is the holding company for Rumble and Quake AI.
