Nvidia agrees to sell 1 million GPUs and new Groq chips to AWS by end of 2027
Nvidia signed an agreement to sell one million GPUs and new Groq-branded inference chips to AWS by end of 2027, Reuters reported. The deal is one of the largest single hardware commitments between a chip maker and cloud provider.
The agreement includes next-generation GPU architectures and inference accelerators from Groq, which Nvidia is acquiring.
AWS will use the hardware to expand AI training and inference capacity.
